When you log into Lariat initially you will be at the Debtor Browse screen looking at your queue of assigned debtors. At the top of the screen is the Main Nav bar. Depending on what access levels your account has been set up with, you may see all or some of the following options:
- Agency & Collector Performance Dashboard: Performance metrics for both the collector and the agency.
- Debtor Browse: A list of debtors assigned to your Lariat user to be sorted and worked through. The primary screen for the collector agent workflow.
- Client Browse: A list of clients assigned to your Lariat user. The primary screen for the sales agent workflow.
- Sales Leads Browse: A list of sales leads assigned to your Lariat user. The secondary screen for the sales agent workflow.
- Sales Opportunities: Available for CRM Admins only
- Actions List: A place to view pending or closed actions on debtor, clients, or leads. Actions are a primary part of the Lariat workflow.
- Product Browser/Diagnostics: A place to see all the debt products currently running or previously run on your site. Products are small automation processes that can be customized and set to run on debtors to automate something like a letter series.
- Collector Notifications: Any actions or events set to trigger a notification will appear here at the time requested for the notification. A colored speech bubble appears over this button with the number of unread notifications.
- Admin Menu: All of the administrative functions of Lariat. Much of what the collectors do from their collection screen can be done from the Admin side, in a less-streamlined way.
- Search Menu: If logged in as a Collector Agent, this searches debtors. If logged in as a Sales Agent, this searches Clients and Leads.
- Username Menu: Contains the User Settings Menu (come here to change your password), the Lariat Theme selector (check out Dark Mode!), the logout button, and the link to Agency Config where you go to configure site-wide settings and customize Lariat to your liking.
These sections have their own help articles going over them in more detail.
If you feel you are missing access to functions or screens you should have access to, or vice versa, notify your Lariat Administrator or Lariat Support, the access level associated with your username may need to be modified. It is not uncommon for a single user to have more than one Lariat username with different sets of permissions and available screens if that user is serving multiple roles.
