In order to log into Lariat for the first time you will need your lariat site URL, your username, and your password. If you don't know that information, contact your internal Lariat administrator to get set up. Lariat Support can also get your set up with an account but we may need approval from your supervisor if this is your first time logging into Lariat.
Your site URL will look like https://xyz.lariatcentral.net where the 'xyz' part is replaced with your site ID, usually the name or abbreviation of your company. All users of your Lariat site will login at the same login page, including your clients if you're utilizing our Client Portal.
Once you're at a at the Lariat login screen you should see something like this:
Entering your username and password here should get you into Lariat. If you're getting a "The provided username or password is incorrect" please double-check your information and if it's still not working, you may need to use the Forgot Password option. Entering your username or associated email address will send a password reset link to the email address in question. If no password reset email arrives, check your spam folder. It may be that your email was entered incorrectly in Lariat and this will need to be checked by your internal Lariat Administrator, or Lariat Support.
Once logged into Lariat you can reset your password by clicking the username menu in the upper-right corner of the screen, and selecting User Settings:
Click Password on the left and you will be prompted to enter a new password for your account:
If you feel you are missing access to things you should have access to, or vice versa, notify your Lariat Administrator or Lariat Support, the access level associated with your username may need to be modified.
