Actions allow collection and sales agents to keep track of their activities with debtors, leads, and clients as well as allow administrators and managers to track the activities of agents. You can access the action screens from either the NavBar at the top of the screen or on the call screens.
When working from a call screen the focus of the activity is debtor by debtor and the Action tab on the NavBar allows the user to group actions by action type, date, amount, etc. This way a collector can pull up a list of all the phone calls they need to make or search by letters so they can create a mailing.
There are 6 hard coded action that you can choose from:

Once you set up an action for a particular debtor/debt, you start by working the current action and close it out by saying what the result of it was. The screens are set up so that you have to create the next action to move to the next debtor/lead. This way you always have an action scheduled for the next time you log in to work. No need to remember what you did for each debtor. There is a notes section where you can note what you did and what you want to do the next time you access that debtor.
